Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Paltola.com.bd is always trying to deliver the best products on time to its customers. But if we are not able to provide or deliver the products to our customers, we will notify you within 12 hours for any special item requested by customers and 6 hours for any grocery items via phone, text or email. If the service, that Paltola.com.bd fails to complete, requires any refund, it will be done maximum within 7 Days after our acknowledgment.

Refund payment can be done under 2 conditions:

  1. If a customer cancels the order (Full or Partial) after payment.

  2. If Paltola.com.bd is not able to fulfill the order or if the products are discontinued by Paltola.com.bd.

Refund Process:

  1. To Apply for refund customer has to contact at the helpline +8801851884271

  2. Our Customer Service Team will send a refund form to the customer by email from support@paltola.com.bd

  3. The customer will fill up the refund form and resend it to support@paltola.com.bd

  4. After receiving the email from the customer Paltola.com.bd will take 7 days to process the necessary verification and complete the refund process.

  5. If the refund amount is below Tk10,000, the refund amount will be disbursed through the bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.

  6. If the refund amount is above Tk. 10,000 Paltola.com.bd will issue an account paycheque to the customers.
